How To Lower Cholesterol With Plant Sterols and Stanols 2

How To Lower Cholesterol With Plant Sterols and StanolsIs there a safe natural way to lower cholesterol without drugs.

Yes there is the Shaklee corporation has recently come out with a new product Cholesterol Reduction Complex.

Shaklee’s Cholesterol Reduction Complex naturally helps lower cholesterol.

Plant sterols and stanols are compounds that occur naturally in small amounts in many grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

They have a remarkably simular structure to cholesterol so they are able to block the receptors in your intestine that normally absorb cholesterol.

Thus this blocking of the absorption of cholesterol lowers your cholesterol naturally, it just goes out of your body naturally.

Since they have powerful cholesterol-lowering properties, manufacturers have started adding them to foods.

Shaklee’s Cholesterol Reduction Complex helps prevent the absorption of cholesterol.

  • Made with a powerful blend of sterols and stanols, which are found naturally in plants, fruits, vegetables, and grains
  • Delivers 2,000 mg of plant sterols and stanols daily
  • Plant sterols and stanols have been clinically proven by more than 80 studies to lower LDL cholesterol
  • Delivers daily 100% of the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) recommendation for plant sterols and stanols*
  • Gluten free
  • Star-K Kosher certified

The popular statin drugs that are supposed to lower cholesterol have side effects.

If there is something natural with no side effects that can lower cholesterol doesn’t it make sense to use that instead of a toxic chemical drug that is like putting sugar in your car’s gas tank.

You need to add  2,000 mg of plant sterols and stanols to your diet each day.

To get this amount of plant sterols and stanols in your diet you would have to eat 6.5 cups of soybeans, 59 oranges, 47.5 cucumbers or take Shaklee’s Cholesterol Reduction Complex.

That amount of soybeans, oranges, and cucumbers would cost about 50 to 75 dollars.

One serving of  Shaklee’s Cholesterol Reduction Complex is $1.50 per day.

Even the FDA is now approving this supplement.

Shaklee can put on the label that it may help prevent Heart Disease.

Hi Barbara sorry for the late reply, I dont know if the Cholestrerol lowering supplement has soybeans or not I do know Shaklee test everything thousands of times about 100,000 quality test per year. I can find out and let you know, I know for sure Shaklee does not use any GMO soybeans or any Shaklee product, and Whey protein is made from the milk after making cheese whey is a by product.
